Spice up your diet with our exclusive venison menu at Piazza Ristorante.

Venison meat is not only outstanding in taste, but also very healthy for human beings. It is therefore important to include it in our diet, which is why we have decided to prepare a special venison menu for you.

We start as standard with the starter, which is Venison rillettes with cranberries accompanied by fermented vegetables and onion bread.

Then it's on to the Goulash Soup of wild boar and young roe deer, which is perfect for those who are not a fan of venison.

We have four main courses for you. The first beauty is the Roe deer ragù with mushrooms and red wine with tagliatelle pasta, perfectly finished with truffle oil and the distinctive Pecorino cheese. This pairing may look quite traditional, but the unification of all the components of this dish will captivate even the most casual food lover.

Grilled pheasant breast with vegetable groat rissoto with mushrooms is our second main course. For those who haven't encountered groat rissoto, it's actually the rissoto we're all familiar with, but the rice is replaced with Czech groats. This substitution makes for a nice Italian-Czech fusion.

The next course is Venison loin with cherry sauce, accompanied by grilled vegetables and traditional small potato dumpling . It's a common practice for these traditional dumplings to be mostly a sweet affair, but trust us, when combined with venison, it's definitely not a slip-up.

The last main course here at Piazza is of course the Pizza with cream base, deer carpaccio, Trifolati mushrooms and Tallegio cheese. Yes, you read that right. If you haven't heard of this combination or never tasted it before. Venison pizza is a very unique gourmet experience, but we believe it will be enjoyed by both the experienced venison lover and the rookie.

The perfect ending to this menu is the Rhubarb Pie, where the tartness of the rhubarb is perfectly balanced by our vanilla ice cream.
