Tasting Menu

As every year, we have prepared a Valentine's Day menu for you, which can be complemented at your discretion with wine pairings prepared by Korek Wines from a selection of mostly Italian wines.

The first thing that will be waiting for you will be Amuse bouche, Ricotta foam with spinach on buttered brioche paired with Prosecco Rosé from Italian Veneto.

After that, we'll move on to the next course, which is the appetizer. In its place, you can look forward to Red Risotto, tiger prawns wrapped in "lardo di colonnata" with crispy sage combined with Gavi Di Gavi Carlo wine from Piemont. It's an avant-garde symphony of flavours where the traditional meets the unexpected.

The main course is Beef sirloin steak with balsamic and red wine sauce. The Tuscan Manolibera Rosso wine will undoubtedly go well with this course, adding another layer of sophistication to this constellation of flavours.

At the end we have a sweet treat and that is Chocolate brownie with cherry coulis and vanilla ice cream with almond crumble, which will be accompanied by the sweetest and the only Czech wine of the whole menu, Pálava from Omasta winery.
