Spring is coming and so does the new Piazza spring menu. Your taste buds will dance thanks to two purely spring ingredients – fresh asparagus and wild garlic. In combination with other seasonal delicacies, our menu will wake you up from winter lethargy before you spell "bluebell"!

Let‘s start with an appetizer. Shrimp coated in crispy tempura on a mixed vegetable salad with asparagus and homemade spicy wasabi mayonnaise will perfectly turn you on for other spring dishes on the menu.

Back in the good old days our grandmothers knew that refreshing young nettle soup belongs among the finest spring delicacies. At Piazza, we've added a little twist with fragrant wild garlic, butter-fried croutons, and a quail egg.

Main courses time. True fans of Italian cuisine must not miss our luxurious creamy risotto with grilled chicken breast, pecorino cheese, and delicate green asparagus, which will immediately bring a smile to your face with its taste.

If you can‘t imagine spring time without a fresh fish, you'll be definitely tempted by our grilled trout. We serve it with tomato salsa spiced up with wild garlic and Jerusalem artichoke salad with juicy green peas and spinach. Jerusalem artichoke or topinambur is full of vitamins and minerals a will refresh your body after long winter evenings. And you'll also fall in love with its amazing taste!

Our delicate pork tenderloin goes perfectly with a sauce of sweet pink peppercorns and will delight every meat lover. As a side dish, we serve golden-fried asparagus and fluffy potato purée.

Finally, here comes our Primavera pizza with tomato sugo, mozzarella, parmesan and also sweet cherry tomatoes, freshly made basil pesto and seasonal asparagus to remind you a spring vegetable garden.
